This Privacy Policy describes how intelli8 ("we", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit intelli8.ai, interact with our forms, or use the intelli8 mobile application.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a reseller, distributor, or notify-me form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, country, and any message content. We also record the submission timestamp and a user-agent string for fraud prevention.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, to send you product updates. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@intelli8.ai.
4. Cookies & analytics
This site may use minimal analytics (e.g. page-view counting) that does not identify individual visitors. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
5. Third-party services
Form submissions are processed via Netlify. Email delivery may use Resend. App data is processed by our mobile app backend. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights

7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
